Arbor Rising is on a mission to empower our low-income neighbors to secure a path out of poverty. We do this by providing funding and consulting support to high-potential nonprofits.

2026-2027 Grant Applications Now Open

Arbor Rising is accepting applications from high-potential, second-stage nonprofits that are building pathways out of poverty across the continental U.S.

Letters of Inquiry (LOIs) are due Tuesday, June 9, 2026 at 5:00 p.m. Eastern Time. 

Everyone deserves the chance to define their own future. 

To reach our collective potential, every young person should be empowered to chart their own course.

Innovative nonprofits can play an important role in realizing this vision, but building an impactful and sustainable organization from the ground up takes more than a founder’s compelling idea and relentless drive.

Nonprofits can make that vision a reality, but need support to do so.
