The Marcy Lab School is a year-long college alternative that provides young adults from underestimated backgrounds with the skills, habits and network necessary to launch a rewarding, purpose-driven career in the tech sector.

The Marcy Lab School provides its students with direct access to employment opportunities in some of the fastest growing sectors of the global economy without the debt burden of a four-year degree.

Arbor Rising is partnering with the Marcy Lab School management team on a number of key deliverables, including:

  • Theory of Change — clarifying the population served, scope of intervention, progress milestones and target long-term outcomes

  • Outcomes Dashboard — identifying, carefully defining, and setting targets for key outcomes and leading indicators

  • Financial Model — to monitor fundraising progress, create multiyear budget projections, and track key programmatic outcomes

  • Performance Management System – establishing roles, goals, and accountability targets for staff

  • Earned Income Stream Development — exploring pathways to increase non-philanthropic revenue
