Arbor Rising is partnering with the AnnieCannons management team on a number of deliverables, including:

• Theory of change — clarifying the population served, scope of intervention, progress milestones and target long-term outcomes

• Data and dashboard development — developing, organizing and tracking key metrics to tightly define and express organizational success

• Performance management — establishing roles, goals, and accountability targets for staff members

• Financial modeling — developing robust revenue projection and growth models to strengthen planning and guide resource allocation

• Board Management  — refining the tools and standards for recruiting, managing, and engaging the organization’s board of directors
