Change Labs offers Native entrepreneurs the tools, resources, and connections needed to create lasting change in Native communities.

Change Labs helps Native entrepreneurs build the businesses their communities need. Through shared workspaces, business education, coaching, and culturally relevant lending, Change Labs is building an entrepreneurship ecosystem to advance economic self-sufficiency and sovereignty in Native communities.

Arbor Rising is partnering with the Change Labs management team on a number of key deliverables, including: 

  • Theory of change — clarifying the population served, scope of intervention, progress milestones and target long-term outcomes
