City Living

City Living NY empowers youth aging out of foster care to successfully transition into adulthood by providing concrete resources, tools and support services.

City Living NY works to prevent homelessness amongst youth while helping them to reach their educational, employment, and socio-emotional/health goals. CLNY staff aim to be the supportive adults that every young person, regardless of circumstances, needs to succeed.

Arbor Rising partnered with the City Living NY management team on a number of deliverables, including:

  • Theory of Change — clarifying the population served, scope of intervention, progress milestones and target long-term outcomes

  • Growth Planning – scenario construction and analysis around program expansion / extension

  • Financial Model — to monitor fundraising progress, create multiyear budget projections, and track key programmatic outcomes
