Hopeworks uses education, technology and entrepreneurship to partner with young men and women as they identify and earn a sustainable future.

Hopeworks' unique trauma-informed approach, combined with technology training, entrepreneurial social enterprises, and the opportunity to grow and heal, helps youth find new pathways to their future. Hope without work is a daydream. Work without hope is a dead end.

Arbor Rising is partnering with the Hopeworks management team on a number of key deliverables, including: 

  • Data analysis — statistical evaluation of historical outcomes to refine programming and inform marketing efforts

  • Financial model — to monitor fundraising progress, create multiyear budget projections, and track key programmatic outcomes

  • Growth planning — scenario construction and analysis around program expansion to sites across the region
