Lit is on a mission to ensure every kid, everywhere, is a reader by redesigning the systems that serve our students.

Lit partners with school systems across the country to align curriculum, coaching, and assessment through research-based materials, professional learning, and implementation support. Lit also develops technology like Bloom, a digital foundational skills platform, to extend high-quality reading instruction to every kid, everywhere.

Arbor Rising is partnering with the Lit management team on a number of key deliverables, including:

  • Theory of Change — clarifying the population served, type of intervention, and target outcomes

  • Growth Planning — scenario construction and analysis around program expansion and extension
