New Heights Youth
2014-2017
New Heights provides a comprehensive youth development model by integrating athletic and academic programming for inner-city NYC youth with a passion for basketball.
New Heights’ core program, College Bound, offers comprehensive middle school and high school educational programming and support services to hundreds of students annually and takes place daily during after-school and Saturday hours and throughout the day during the summer.
Arbor Rising partnered with the New Heights management team on a number of key deliverables, including:
Financial Model — to monitor fundraising progress, create multiyear budget projections, and track key programmatic outcomes
Communication Materials — to convey New Heights’ unique value proposition to prospective funding partners
Performance Management System — establishing roles, goals, and accountability targets for staff
Growth Planning — financial and operational support for transition to new facility
