New York Needs You

New York Needs You (the local arm of America Needs You) employs an intensive mentorship program to deliver a rigorous college completion and career development curriculum to first-generation college students.
The New York Needs You Fellows Program is an intensive two-year program for high-achieving, low-income, first-generation college students. The program's components include 28 full-day career development workshops, more than 220 hours of one-on-one mentorship, a robust calendar of networking activities, and job placement support.
Arbor Rising partnered with the New York Needs You management team to co-create a career success program specifically targeting community college students.
