PAR-Recycle Works

PAR-Recycle Works supports justice-impacted individuals through paid work in electronics recycling and job training that leads to permanent, full-time employment.

PAR-Recycle Works is a Philadelphia-based nonprofit social enterprise that combines responsible electronics recycling with workforce development for people returning home from incarceration. Through paid transitional employment, hands-on training, and career placement support, PAR helps participants build pathways to long-term employment and economic stability.

Arbor Rising is partnering with the PAR-Recycle Works management team on a number of key deliverables, including: 

  • Theory of change — clarifying the population served, scope of intervention, progress milestones and target long-term outcomes
