2018-2021

Restore NYC's mission is to make freedom real for survivors of trafficking in the United States.

Thousands of women are sold for sex every day in NYC, in every neighborhood of every borough. Restore NYC finds women who have been sex trafficked and provides counseling, housing, and jobs. They empower each survivor to thrive in her community, which includes having stable housing, a job she loves, being reunited with her family, and ultimately experiencing sustained freedom.

Arbor Rising partnered with the Restore NYC management team on a number of key deliverables, including:

  • Growth Planning — scenario construction and analysis around program expansion / extension

  • Performance Management System — establishing roles, goals, and accountability targets for staff

  • Succession Planning — managing leadership transitions effectively
