SidexSide builds a bridge between overlooked talent and employers in Oklahoma City, helping adults with barriers to employment build stable, lasting careers.
Through a paid nine-week program, SidexSide pairs workforce training with an Earn & Learn placement at a local employer, followed by two years of alumni coaching. By addressing recovery, justice involvement, and housing instability alongside job skills, SidexSide has placed 95% of graduates in careers.
Arbor Rising is partnering with the SidexSide management team on a number of key deliverables, including:
Theory of change — clarifying the population served, scope of intervention, progress milestones and target long-term outcomes
