SPARC empowers and equips single parents with the tools, resources, and support needed to create healthy home environments and nurture successful children.
Through programs that promote housing stability, economic mobility, and family stability, SPARC (Single Parent Alliance & Resource Center) helps families move from crisis to independence, proving that single does not mean alone.
Arbor Rising is partnering with the SPARC management team on a number of deliverables, including:
Theory of change — clarifying the population served, scope of intervention, milestones to progress, and long-term outcomes
