The Collective Blueprint works with young adults in Memphis to create pathways to thriving careers and economic mobility through strategic workforce development partnerships, personalized guidance, and personal and professional development.
Memphis has 45,000 young adults out of work and school, the highest rate among major U.S. cities. The Collective Blueprint tackles this challenge by partnering with young adults to create new pathways to opportunity. By fixing broken systems and mobilizing young adults, it equips participants with the skills and support needed to secure stable careers and achieve lasting economic mobility.
Arbor Rising is partnering with the Collective Blueprint management team on a number of key deliverables, including:
Theory of change — clarifying the population served, scope of intervention, progress milestones and target long-term outcomes
Data and dashboard development — developing, organizing and tracking key metrics to tightly define and express organizational success
