The Future Project

2012-2013

The Future Project worked to transform the culture of underserved high schools.

By embedding human catalysts known as Dream Directors and leveraging volunteer support, The Future Project engaged participants in passion-driven projects that built academic buy-in and grit, generating a deeper sense of connectedness in the school community along the way

Arbor Rising partnered with The Future Project management team on a number of key deliverables, including: 

  • Theory of Change — clarifying the population served, type of intervention, and target outcomes

  • Financial Model — to monitor fundraising progress, create multiyear budget projections, and track key programmatic outcomes
