UPchieve democratizes access to academic support so that all students have an equal opportunity to finish high school, attend college, and achieve upward mobility.

UPchieve provides free, 24/7 online tutoring and college counseling to low-income high school students in the U.S. Using the app, students can request and get paired with a live, volunteer tutor in under 5 minutes.

Arbor Rising is partnering with the UPchieve management team on a number of deliverables, including:

  • Theory of Change — clarifying the population served, scope of intervention, progress milestones and high-level outcomes

  • Outcomes Dashboard — identifying, carefully defining, and setting detailed targets for all outcomes and leading indicators

  • Performance Management System – establishing roles, goals, and accountability targets for staff
