Yonkers Partners in Education (YPIE) partners with students to ensure they are ready for, enroll in, and complete college.

YPIE confronts the challenges of a low-income, urban school district by providing families with equitable access to the critical tools and services necessary for college success. Spanning 9th grade through college, their comprehensive program focuses on the academic and life skills integral to success in college and beyond.

Arbor Rising partnered with YPIE management team on a number of key deliverables, including: 

  • Theory of Change — clarifying the population served, scope of intervention, progress milestones and target long-term outcomes

  • Outcomes Dashboard — identifying, carefully defining, and setting targets for key outcomes and leading indicators

  • Financial Model — to monitor fundraising progress, create multiyear budget projections, and track key programmatic outcomes

  • Growth Planning — scenario construction and analysis around program expansion / extension
